West Pennard
West Pennard is a beautiful village surrounded by countryside near Glastonbury. With an active community, it has at its heart an excellent primary school, village hall and popular pub. Glastonbury is just a few miles away with its rich history going back to the legends of King Arthur. There are excellent local schools including West Pennard’s Primary School, several secondary schools and Strode College Sixth Form College. Meanwhile, the cathedral city of Wells, the smallest city in England, is just 5 miles away with local markets twice a week, historic buildings and the moated Bishops Palace.
